Dstv streaming option waste of money

Bought new streaming package and spend 1.3 hours on my vell yo sort out. Account was deleted by someone, payment wasn't showing, only 11 channels loaded eventually and now keeps saying 2 concurrent streams but I ONLY HAVE ONE ACCOUNT!! DONT BUY THIS ****!!
