DSTV streaming online payment ****

DSTV streaming packages online payment method is a **** and they are *****ing peoples money. It has almost been a month that I have paid them and I have sent them all the proof I could possibly get that the money was paid and they still cannot find the payment on the contrary, on my DSTV account it reflects that I owe them money and every time it is a different amount. I have asked for a refund numerous times and I am getting nowhere with this.
