DSTV streaming is pathetic

The streaming on DSTV during high demand events is pathetic. It keeps dropping out at critical times. This occurs on important rugby games, MotoGP and FI races. It is a DSTV issue as it doesn't occur during arbitrary programs and other streaming services. I have tried twice to resolve with DSTV without success. I am not interested in being referred to an external company where I will be charged for an issue which is clearly a MultiChoice issue. The DSTV Premium service is expensive and pathetic.
