DSTV streaming headache

I have DSTV streaming. I've been experiencing problems with error ""IP address not for this region" . I'm in SA and they cannot tell me why this happens. I sit without DSTV for about 3 to 4 days; which I'm still billed for, THis time if lasts for more than 2 days ; I'm going to cancel subscription. On the otherhand I have no issues with NETFLIX.
