Dstv streaming fails every Saturday afternoon

I pay for the DSTV premium service to watch sport but every Saturday afternoon when I try to stream sport the picture breaks up or freezes. DSTV is obviously not willing to invest in supplying the service which they charge for. I hope that the DSTV advertisers realise that they are being ****med as well as the paying clients. Withdraw your advertising from DSTV and perhaps they will be motivated to provide a proper service.
