Dstv streaming exceptionally poor

Subject: Urgent: DStv Stream Pixelation on High‑Speed Fibre – Service Unusable. I am lodging a formal complaint regarding the ongoing pixelation and poor streaming quality on DStv Stream.My fibre connection is perfect (±258 Mbps down / 256 Mbps up, 10 ms ping), yet DStv Stream continues to pixelate and degrade quality. This is on Hisense Vidaa TV, google chrome, apple tv, Microsoft Edge browser etc etc. .This is a DStv platform issue — not my internet — and it has made the service unreliable and unacceptable.Please escalate this to the executive resolutions team and provide a clear, actionable fix or account credit.I expect a response within 48 hours.
