Dstv streaming

I recently got the premium package on dstv streaming, only problem is I cannot access my account, according to dstv they have technical difficulties and I should wait 2 hours and try again….. it’s been 2 days and no one can sort out the problem. It’s really so frustrating you can take my money in seconds but cannot connect me in two days???…..
