DSTV streaming - Do not purchase!

DSTV and their streaming is a complete ****. DO NOT use this service or DSTV for that matter, try to find you a cheaper alternative rather. I purchased DSTV streaming online on 16 Jul on their official website. Logged in, and made the payment using my credit card. 18 Jul, 2 days after being on, they switched off my streaming service. When I queried 18 Jul, they state they have not received payment.

I sent my POP from my statement, they escalate the case on 18 Jul. I have been following up every day since. They have still not provided feedback, and my service is still not on, 10 days later. According to them, they cannot find the payment. Phoned my bank, and they indicate the payment has definitely cleared and they received it.

You cannot speak to the same agent, every time you get a new agent, and you need to explain the same thing from the beginning. All they know is to say I will escalate, but other than that they cannot give you feedback. And the cherry on the cake, the customer must follow up with them, they will not reach out to you and provide feedback.

They are not bothered because they have the monopoly and will deal with you, the same way government does.

Absolutely ridiculous.
