DSTV streaming app faulty

I logged two complaints here already because has no other way to contact them. This is about the streaming app that bombs out after ads. After the second complaint someone from Multichoice called for more information and promised to escalate the matter. There is absolutely no improvement and I did not hear from anyone again.
