Dstv streaming and services

Hi use the Dstv stream facility. It worked the one day. The next day it said it is not compatible with my Smart TV. The TV is google certified. I tried every possible fix suggested nothing works. I now need to cast from a device that is almost 10 years old to a smart tv that is 3 years old and according to me has the correct software. Secondly the DSTV call centre and chat facility is useless. I get 10 different answers for the same question. Thirdly your myDstv app constantly gives errors with the supposedly rewards. I had so many issues with account balances that is incorrect and had to struggle to get it fixed. Really no wonder you are going down the drain. Instead of reducing decoder prices try and fix your streaming app. Most people that still use your service is moving to steaming. We don't live in the stone age anymore. Lets be honest the subscription fee of R979 is purely for sport. I hope there is going to be a fix for the streaming app.
