DSTV streaming an absolute nightmare and nonsensical

I canceled my DSTV streaming account. To my surprise, my account was debited today x3. I spent the entire day calling the calling center for assistance, a waste of time because Multichoice employs a bunch of *********** *****s. I sent all the documentation requested, and each time I follow up I am told different stories. My request is not rocket science, reverse the payments and delete, and remove my details from your dumb database. DSTV streaming is a nightmare, and I will not recommend anyone to subscribe, self-service my ass when the stupid system does not allow a customer to deactivate.
