DSTV streaming activation
I activated a dstv streaming online and paid via credit card, how am I expected to generate a proof of payment for an online transaction. I waited for the transaction to reflect on my account and emailed screen short of the transaction no response 48 hours later. The chat box on the stream has been a waisted of my 3 hours, the call centre staff always refer you back to the chat line instead of helping. Please can someone in charge of dstv streaming help.
