DSTV streaming
I took out a streaming package a week ago and it is still not working. I stream for about a minute then the screen goes blank. I have tried their call center, live chat. I am so frustrated, trying to solve this problem on a chat line is ridiculous.

24 Oct 2022, 19:18I had one phone call Saturday in connection with this issue DSTV couldn't solve the issue and promised to call back with a solution. I am still waiting, this is really not acceptable. They very quick to take your money but no after sale service. I know the issue is with the app, I can stream anything else znd it works fine. It's on DSTV.
I have tried on another TV and Comcast and still have the same issue.
DSTV if you can't sort it out I will expect a refund.
