DSTV Streamer
Absolutely ridiculous service!!!!!!!! I have ordered a DSTV Streamer online on 06 July 2023. Upto date NO STREAMER.. With every call I have made in the past month, there is always a problem and it's always been escalated but not resolved. I am so fed up with this... I have been told that the streamer as been delivered to some address and received by some person but not to MY ADDRESS!!!!!! I am so sick and tired of hearing the same bull**** stories.. When all I want is my streamer I ordered and paid for online!!!!!!

I have lost it with DSTV...
This morning I calledto query my streamer... And I got told I will have feedback this afternoon...
This afternoon I called again to query... As no one came back to me... Only to be told AGAIN that it has been delivered on the 28 July... In which I have not received it... THIS IS RIDICULOUS... WITH EVERY CALL SINCE THE 6 JULY.. SAME BULL**** STORY .. IT'S GOING TO BE DELIVERED... IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED... IT'S BEEN ESCALATED .. WHAT **** IS THAT!!!!! I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY STREAMER!!!! I TOLD THE CONSULTANT.. I WANT IT BY TOMORROW AT 13:00... WHICH PROBABLY WON'T... DSTV WILL HEAR FROM ME AGAIN!!!! TOMORROW AFTERNOON.... IT'S PATHETIC... ALL I WANT IS THE STREAMER OR MY REFUND.... ABSOLUTELY FLIPPING ****ED OFF....
