DSTV Streama Box - The Worst Service Experience

I ordered the streama box on 3/05/2025. To date I have not received it.

I've reached out through the contact centre on 2 seperate occasions: 1. I was told the incorrect address was provided. The gentleman I spoke to provide me a link where I can track my order, which clearly doesn't work as there's been no updates.

2. Secondly (24/06/25) - the lady I spoke to claimed to not have any details about my order and could not assist with an ETA or escalation process. To be clear I no longer want the box as you have failed to deliver. My interest now to get my money back so I can use a supplier who can actually deliver. Service is integral part of what the company does. Unfortunately, I have not received any since making the purchase.

I have used the email provided, *** which still has not brought resolution to my concerns. I'm appalled by how I've been treated through all my attempts to get help.
