DSTV STREAMA bad bad product and application

Bought a DSTV STREAMA, after my Samsung TV stopped functioning with the DSTV application on the app store(by the way the Samsung bought from Kloppers is a good smart tv, so not old, not supporting DSTV STREAM anymore) ANYWAY, the STREAMA dstv box bought iin Nov 2024 is SUCH A BADLY designed product, from day 1 I had issues where it didnt load DSTV channels, struggled, buffered, etc etc. Now, a few months later, I made a decision to return it, so Takealot replies saying it is not damaged, so they cant accept a return, I need to take it up with DSTV. I am a paid up DSTV subscriber, but the call centre said they cant promise a return, I have to take it to a walk in store of DSTV, so there IS NO RETURN POLICY for a bad bad badly design product(software is the issue as is with their app on the tvs). HOW WILL WE RESOLVE THIS DSTV
