Dstv STREAM WORST SERVICE EVER

I decided to join the Dstv stream because it is the only way to watch the rugby, bare in mind I don’t need anything else on the Dstv platform I paid R799 to watch 2 games of rugby. Last nights game and next weeks game. R799 for the premium account. Supposed to be over a 150 channels and ad Says no dish no decoder required. So they deducted my money from my account I could log on but only had access to 7 channels. Spent 3 hours on the phone with the horrible service consultants got the phone thrown in my face 4 times and had to call again. Managed to get 2 names Zonke lolwethu heliso Don’t even know if they are real names No one could help me saying they can’t see my account. They just take your money and yeah nothing

I would like a refund, which I’m probably not going to get. DONT SUBSCRIBE TO DSTV ITS THE WORST PLATFORM EVER WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
