DSTV STREAM USELESS SERVICE
The most awful service as always, At this point I just want to cancel this service. I wish Multichoice could just keep on loosing customers and close down, its just not worth it... It is going for 2 weeks without any resolutions and I have but still do not have service..... WWHY DID YOU MIGRATE SHOWMAX PRO CLIENTS TO DSTV STREAM WHEN YOU ****ERS CANNOT HANDLE ANYTHING??? WE WERE SO HAPPY AT SHOWMAX PRO NOW HAVING DEAL WITH ****EN USELESSNESS AND LOUSY CALL CENTRE AGENTS. This company really needs to stop chasing profits and prioritize its customer service and turn around times.... I WAS SO HAPPY ON SHOWMAX PRO.... BUT NOW CLEARLY THE **** HAS STARTED. I WANT MY DSTV STREAM CANCELED INTO THE NEW YEAR, CANT BE DOING THIS OVER AND OVER AGAIN.
