Dstv stream package paid but no viewing pleasure.

It has now been a whole month since I paid my streaming subscription and still no way to watch Dstv Stream. Several agents have called, only after I posted something on HelloPeter, promising to sort out the problem. Every time an agent phones with a new promise, I am left in the dark. I send all proof they need but problem still persists. I am still waiting to receive the promised sms with my newly created customer number, I am still waiting for someone to contact me to activate the account. All I hear is: "This can easily be solved." But unfortunately nothing positive happens. DSTV please pay back my money!!!!! Seems like that is the only solution to the problem!
