DSTV stream not streaming HD

I recently changed my premium decoder package to a premium streaming package. I set the streaming quality to highest setting and the streaming quality is so poor. Its not even full HD. I have a 200mbps fibre line. I complained with DSTV and they said they are aware of the issue and doing their best to fix it. I thought okay its like something new that happened. After doing some research i found online forums where people are complaining of the same issue dating back more than 2 years. Yet DSTV charges the full price for a service that doesnt even work properly and actually never has since its launch. Everytime you complain they just say they are working on the problem. How many years is this problem going to solved in? Is it right charging for a service that is actually not fully functional? For the record, you tube, netflix and amazon prime works 100% in full 4k. Its just dstv stream not even reaching HD even with the highest resolution setting selected
