DSTV Stream is waste of money

The DSTV stream is a waste of money, it is always rebooting , some episodes dont even play. And now they also have ads and the stream cuts off while you still watching and refuses to reload. Mind you i am a yearly subscriber and have unlimited fibre in my house , therefore this problem has nothing to do with wifi.
