DSTV Stream Fiasco

They are pathetic! I signed up for a streaming package and tried to set up a debit order on their website to pay for the subscription. After entering all my banking details, I encountered an error. I spent hours on their chat line trying to sort it out. This was four days ago, and the consultant said the matter would be escalated and resolved within 24 hours. In desperation, I went to their website and paid using their credit card facility. I received confirmation that the payment was successful and an email welcoming me to DSTV streaming. However, I was not able to access the streaming channels. After spending more hours on their chat line speaking to three different consultants I was told that they couldn't help me without me providing proof of payment which I don't have as the payment was made using a credit card on their website. They would not even accept the email confirming my subscription. The consultants are extremely unhelpful and abrupt and I am now in a situation where I have paid for the package, I can't access it and they are not interested in helping me until I can produce proof of payment. No wonder they are losing millions of subscribers!
