DSTV Stream FAIL

Using DSTV Stream package and the superspoet channels are not streaming. Any other channel works just fine, except supersport. Client support tells me it’s due to high streaming volumes and IT is working on it.

Let me be clear DSTV, you are offering a product and clearly your internal capacity does not allow you to offer it successfully to all your customers, yet you are making me pay for it. Complete exploitation.
