DSTV stream error

Dstv stream. What an absolute nightmare. Constantly getting errors stating that there are multiple users streaming at the same time, but I've changed the password and logged out of my phone/tablet yet it's still giving me the same error. I'm getting a 'streaming error' too, whatever that means. Contacted live support and lo and behold, no help there. I knew customer service was bad in this country but this reaches a whole new level. Why do we even pay so much for such sub par service?
