DStv Stream Contract Confusion and Incorrect Remaining Contract Period

I signed up for a 12-month discounted DStv Stream Premium contract last year. I was recently told I still have 12 months remaining, which is impossible. My monthly payment also increased without notification. When I queried this, I received conflicting information and was told I must pay a R180 cancellation fee. I need clarity on my contract dates, billing and cancellation fee.
