DSTV Stream Black Screen Interruptions

I have a streaming package, but I am contantly getting black screens interruptions. Whether I am streaming direclly from the internet on my laptop or whether I'm streaming from the DSTV app on my brand new mid-range TV, the black screen pops up all the time. If I click back and play again then the stream is fine for a bit, but then the black screen pops up again. It is definitly not an internet or device problem since all my other streaming services function perfectly. I am currently paying month-to-month but this will be my last month. I am glad I did not sign up for the streaming contract.
