DSTV STREAM BAD SERVICE

Very bad service from dstv .Subscribed to dstv stream for the purpose of rugby season but was only able to access it once ,after that my account was blocked .I phoned the helpdesk last week Friday and I was told I needed to submit my ID and then my account will be accessible in 48 hours .one week later I’m still struggling to access ,the service agents keep giving me a run around and no solution or help
