DSTV stream app is $#&! am canceling subscription

I have been using dstv stream for quite some time now, since th 29th of September I was logged out of the account while streaming on my Skyworth Google TV SWTV-22AE with Android 11 OS. Went on the internet as I couldn't login, reset the password and got an error until I chat with an agent that assisted me to reset the account... story short... Reference number *** with all detailed information was given. I keep explaining to the agents that since the app has automatically updated it keeps logging me out everytime I have to change channels or having watched for 45min one channel. It is irritating not even a single person can help me solve this... all procedures were followed, cleared cache, Uninstalled the app, switch off the tv for 40min, rebooted my router, sent picture on the chat with TV software model.Now I understand why people leave dstv and find other streaming platforms. Till today the 16th October 2024 I haven't been assisted to fix this problem
