DSTV Stream account being hacked

Good day,

My DSTV account was hacked and after numerous calls, the problem was not resolved.

I am logged out of my own account and on the system we can clearly see someone is changing my details.

I have changed my password and other email, however, the person are still able to access my account and kick me out.

I had my account disconnected and linked to different details however it is still not working.

I spend over 2 hours on the phone to try to get the matter resolved however that only caused me money and no rectification on the account.
