Dstv Stream

For the past 3 days I have been unable to watch anything on Dstv stream on my smart TV. After hours of chats with the live chat team and doing absolutely all the troubleshooting steps I am still unable to. When following up this morning, they have no record of my case! Absolutely shocking service! This after I was told it would be escalated and after sending them all the necessary information!
