DSTV STOLE MY MONEY FOR NEARLY A YEAR AND IS REFUSING TO PAY BACK MY MONEY

I have sent numerous of emails with no response

Tshepo was helping me since the 19th May i have had no response to any of the millions of emails i sent them Tshepo manager even called me with more lies and no delivery you send a mail and they just don't reply

dstv takes your money without you even knowing it then they want to tell you they gave you a discount yet month after month the full amounts was paid AND I NEVER SAW ANY DISCOUNT WHEN MAKING PAYMENT

I'm waiting months already for my refund and nothing I have called in mailed everything possible and they just don't care

I’m sorry but that’s impossible as I sent up a debit order over the phone and it went off.

And I have money in my account so how could it be unpaid.

Is this how DSTV makes money off people by setting up faulty debit orders? To score R50?

And I cancelled my showmax so why am I being charged for something I cancelled

This is theft?

I WOULD LIKE MY REFUND PLEASE.

Please note that debit order came back as unpaid twice for the month of March and April, hence service were disconnected. Please check with your bank for the unpaid debit orders, so to avoid disconnection due to unpaid debit order. Please also see the statement attached showing the billing of Showmax since it was activate on 27-06-2021
