Dstv stole my money

I have closed my dstv accoun end of January's 2022, now yheu deducted money R1883 apparently my accoun was recative but i dont evem have a decoder anymore, so we asked for a refund well its been 4 weeks no money every time we phonenits some one else with another excuse. Phoned on Wednesday again theey said the manager ail phone us bavk with in 1 hour well its sunday and no obone call. I phoned again they said oh refund is approved gusse what no money paid, ao in all of this they took your money without hou activateing you supscribtion and when it comes to refund no money in your accoun after 1 month of phone calls every week
