Dstv stole my money

Last year they did subtract dubble the amount from my debit order. My understanding was that you pay upfront for there service. After a feable explanation and a long discussion, I remove my debit order, and do my payment my self.

This year I did connect my holiday package and did a payment on 13th March for 30 day's. Can you believe it that on the 2 of April, they disconnect my service. They even advertise that you can pay after your holiday.

There system is Not work and they stole my money.
