DSTV stole my money

Hallo. I had my DSTV at my holiday home switch on for 5 days from 13 June 2018 to 17 June 2018. On 28 June 2018 an amount of R1736.91 was deducted from my bank account. I phoned DSTV on 29 June 2018 and complain about the huge amount deducted. The consultant told me that since it is Friday they will reverse the amount on Monday 2 July2018. On 6 July 2018 I phoned in again and this time I talked to Sakhile who said that he will personally see to it that the amount will be reversed. This time I asked for a reference number because nothing happened after my first complaint. The ref nr I got is i144. It is now 12 June 2018 and I still did not reveive my money back and was not contacted by them either. JJ van der Walt.
