DSTV STOLE MONEY AND REFUSES TO REFUND WHAT IS DUE!!!!

I am disgusted at the level Dstv has handled my case from promising a full refund to doing half a refund and then transferring the half refund into my closed box office account after i specifically asked for the full refund to be transferred into my bank account which was agreed upon by the call center agents.

My ref no: *** Means nothing as according to call center agents there is no information, when i was asked to send the banking statements i filled my lid because i already sent everything on the 16th of July this is an issue from may 2019. I have just spent more than a half an hour talking to said agent and nothing has been resolved DSTV are a bunch of ******* and i will never be satisfied with their complete disregard for customers much-less *****ing customers money. I want my full refund bac****! LIKE YOU PROMISED.
