DSTV STILL SUCKS

<p>I recently upgraded to an explora. Despite having a credit balance DSTV subtracted money from my babk account for the first installment. They have an elaborate story about reversing the transaction and do not want to give me any proof via email on whether they will refund me or not. I have also complained on their web site and got no response. The credit amount shown on my account also keeps on changing although they did not even start the new deductions from the credit amount.</p>
