DSTV STILL DEBITING AFTER CONTRACT CANCELLATION

I have been requesting that my contract be cancelled since the 2 July 2025. I have called multiple times and have been sent through to retentions multiple times. I paid the settlement amount of my contract and was assured that there would be no debit order on 15 July. I now received an SMS saying my debit order of R1007 will go off on 15 July. When I called the agent said she can't see why it's going to go through but I will be debited. This is absolutely ridiculous as I provided more than enough notice for my cancellation and I called several times to confirm. All the recorded calls are there as evidence.
