DSTV Steel my MONEY

i`m with dstv for 20years about - never had 1 day`s problem.... till about a 2weeks ago. I try them to help me because my secondary tv is not working. Still nothing! I received a sms that they are going to withdraw R2788.70 from my account on the 2nd.... since i got that sms (5 day`s back) i try to cancel my dstv - because i lost my work and need that money to provide food on the table for the month!!!! I have records of all the phone calls - with what it cost me. i begged the one guy "Rowan" to switch of my dstv ... and he said - he can`t !!! Can you imagine my anger and language to all these poor people at dstv and now i apologize to them ...... But last night 19.49 they stole my money - i had a debit order since a few years back for R700 a month - and last month like usual they take the R700 (wich is for 2 June to 1 July 2019) - in this period i lost my job - and they cant stop it???? HOW IN THE WORLD IS THIS POSSIBLE ??? PS - Nobody can contact "pricelock" its a ghost - no phone number - so if you try do business with them --- and you need to speak with them --- your doomed!
