DSTV *****s people's money

Made a payment on 01 December, I was told that my payment date is the 2nd. For this I'm charged R165 penalties. I refused to accept this for a few hours of viewing time & requested a refund for the balance of about R205. DSTV confirms that they recieved payment but for my refund they request a receipt. They said its not visible. I had to go through the inconvenience of getting that. I submitted a very visible reprint. However they are trying to ***** my money saying it's not visible. The same amount they have confirmed I have paid.
