DStv *****s my money

Multichoice DStv took me by surprise, I was not expecting them to **** me. They asked me to pay via debit order which I agreed to but now if the salary date falls over the weekend they deduct the next business working day and I asked to deduct their premium before but they refused.now they disconnected me and wanted me to pay extra money which I feel ****** by them and they don't want to listen but they want money
