DSTV *****s money from bank accounts

My account has been debited for a premium service that I never subscribed to. I cancelled DSTV's services more than a year ago. So I called customer services and spoke to Thabiso. I was hung up on the first time and nobody cared to call me back even though we had verified my details etc. The second consultant insists that I have activated this service on 25 July 2015 at exactly 12pm, with all my personal details being verified by a consultant. She insists that I requested the service. I ask to listen to the call where I supposedly requested this service, and I'm put on hold for quite some time. She returns to say that it is a system error on their end and I am not the only individual affected. But should I require a refund of the monies deducted, I should go into the bank and ask them to reverse the debit order. I explain that I am in no position to do so and that DSTV should refund me directly as this is their error. Thabiso has the gall to ask me why I am being difficult and cannot just go into the bank, as it would take 40 to 60 days for them to process a refund, and that I should not tell them how to do business. UTTERLY DISGUSTED!! UNJUSTIFIED ENRICHMENT!!
