DSTV *****ling peoples money

DSTV have over charged me - been trying for 3 weeks to get this resolved - today i spoke to an agent who couldnt even take down my details correctly - asked to speak to a manager and was told none where available - eventually i did speak to a manger who cut the call on me - absolutely disgusted with this service - pathetic customer experience - very quick to ***** your money but then when you ask for it back or tell them deduct it from next payment it cannot be done - i would expect some sort of communication from them for this but guess what - they have not and wont but they are *****ing peoples money - i would never advise anyone to deal with DSTV or take up their price lock packages
