DSTV *****ing wherever they can and impossible to get hold of

I tried renting 2 movies last night - neither were delivered. I think painstakingly find out that there was no cash in the account - thanks DSTV for NOT LETTING ME KNOW LIKE IT USED TO. I have now topped up my account and I see that you then DEDUCTED THE MOVIE RENTALS THAT WERE NEVER DELIVERED. WTAF???? Now you need to hold on for over 5 mins while some useless robot uses up your airtime and when you finally get hold of a person, they are useless. Credit my account, and stop *****ing.
