DSTV *****ing my money, useless useless

Monthly debit order keeps running, yet services (signal) disconnected. A bunch of ******* and this after I told then I can no longer afford and that they can disconnect. I will not pay umyou and will spread your tricks to everyone I know, social media and even considering to take legal action. How do you charge someone yet no service received. I called them multiple times to look into the matter and mailed them 3 times. They are ignoring me. Useless useless useless
