Dstv *****ing my money

I have an account with Dstv with 2 explora's linked to it in one house, yesterday I rented a movie on boxoffice from my room and now I can't watch it downstairs in my lounge. After more than a half an hour call I was told that the 2 exploras have different cards in an can not be linked, BS, with tech today 2 different sim cards can be linked to 1 cell number why not 2 decoders on 1 account to each other, the normal subscribtion is, why not the box office also, I think because they want to make extra money and charge you sepperate for each movie that you watch on your explora even if it is the same movie in the 48 hours that you rent it for.
