DSTV *****ing my money

I took a 2019 BLACK FRIDAY deal for DSTV Compact package which i was supposed to pay R499 every month and this has never happend as the amount keep varying the amounts every month from R619, R464, R619 whatever they feel like taking. They do as they please on my account. I have called their customer care line every month after each and every debit order and nothing gets sorted. Everytime they give me a reference number and tell me the issue was escalated but nothing gets sorted at the end. Let me make it clear that the consulted i was talking to when taking the deal assured me the TOTAL amount every month will be R499 no matter what. DSTV get go and listen to that recording if they don't believe as they claim all their calls are recorded.
