DSTV *****ing money from loyal customers

End April DSTV deducted showmax on my premium account and when I phoned I was told that they will fix it and deduct it from the May premium. Now DSTV went and deducted the full R904 again. When I phoned I was told they will log a query again. When asked to speak to a manager the phone gets dropped. Once again it shows we are just a number to DSTV and that there is no such thing as customer service.
