Dstv *****ing money
During this lockdown dstv all of a sudden insists I pay for insurance I've cancelled and have not paid for. Last 2 months there's been no problems this month I have insurance? Worse of all there is no agent to call and sort this I've emailed, WhatsApp is useless. South Africa must cancel dstv, won't mention the repeats, now they want more money?

Your agents informed me that I'm charged R735 because I've been in arrears for the insurance, which system informed you that I've been paying. I have screenshot of conversations to prove this. Someone woke up and increased their sales by including insurance on my account I will email, but still hold dstv accountable because I paid full amount for compact plus and pvr, not some bogus insurance.
