DSTV *****ING MONEY

I have phoned Multichoice 3 times in this month requesting them to reverse a debit order off my account. I have not been with DSTV for MONTHS now and did not authorize any money out of my account. On all 3 occasions I was promised a call back with in 24 to 48 hours but not ONCE did I receive a phone call. Imagine how much extra money they are making with unauthoraized debit orders!!
