DStv Hello Peter team
Best regards,
Good day Yolande
I have contacted the account holder and he agreed to send us the proof of payment from Absa (R994.00) .
The amount of R -839.55 and R1050 is allocated .
R1050.00 covered billing for September 2017 which left the account in credit of R76.00 hence a debit went of R -798.00 instead of R874.00 (October to November Monthly Premium).
The account is currently reflecting a credit of R -1089.55 which includes reconnection fees reversals plus R835.55 .
I have sent a request to finance to email the detailed statement to ***.
I will contact him as soon as I receive the proof of payment and to update him on the account status.
Thank you
